Welcome to Sprinkle Me Happy! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing our baked goods.
1. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase or as agreed upon in writing. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and select digital payments.
2. Custom Orders
Custom cake and cupcake orders require advance notice. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Changes to your order must be made at least 7 days before pickup or delivery.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may receive store credit. No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
4. Allergens & Ingredients
Our kitchen is not allergen-free. While we offer eggless and vegan options, our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, nuts, and wheat. Please notify us of any allergies before ordering.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed-upon time. We are not liable for damages after the product leaves our possession. Limited delivery may be available for an added fee.
6. Website Use
All content, including images and text, is the property of Sprinkle Me Happy and may not be copied or reused without permission.
